2007 Annual Meeting - Hotel Accommodations
Hotel accommodations for this year's meeting will be provided by the Omni Hotel Marina Tower in Corpus Christi, Texas.
Room rates for conference attendees:
- Single: $87
- Double: $107
- Triple: $127
- Quad: $137
All room rates are quoted exclusive of applicable state and local taxes, currently 15%.
Group rates will be honored from Feb. 16th through Feb. 25th subject to availability of rooms at the time of reservation.
IMPORTANT: The Cut-off Date for accepting reservations into this room block is Monday, January 29, 2007. Reservation requests received after 5:00 PM local time at the Hotel on the Cut-off Date will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis. Hotel reserves the right to release for general sale any unused portion of the room block.
Individuals will be able to make reservations by calling Central Reservations at 1-800-843-6664 and referring to the group and meeting name, which is Entomological Society of America-Southwestern Branch. Reservations must be made on or before the cut off date. All rooms shall be available for check-in no later than 3:00 PM with a check-out time of 12:00 PM.
