The designated hotel for the Southwestern Branch ESA meeting is The Atherton Hotel at OSU.

The group rate for rooms is $88.50 (tax not included), which includes a hot breakfast buffet.

There are three types of rooms from which to choose:

• Regular Queen - a standard, elegant queen room with one queen bed
• Deluxe Queen - a larger queen room that will accommodate an additional twin bed
• Double/Double - a sumptuous room with two double beds (only 6 rooms of this type)

Please note that The Atherton Hotel and the entire OSU campus is tobacco free. There are no rooms available at The Atherton Hotel in which you can smoke. An alternative designated hotel for those that consume tobacco is Hampton Inn and Suites. See information for smokers below.***

Parking will cost $10/day in the OSU Student Union Parking Garage. If you leave the garage and return, then the $10/day fee applies. However, if you leave your car in the garage the entire time you are staying at the hotel and never leave the garage, then the fee is just a flat $10 fee. The meeting site is about four blocks north of The Atherton Hotel and is an easy walk or campus bus ride.

2. Select Online Reservations
3. Select Book Reservation
4. Choose Group Booking
5. Enter arrival date of 02/22/2009, 02/23/2009, or 02/24/2009
6. Select the correct number of nights, adults, and children
7. Enter Group Code SWENT
8. Select Search Availability
9. Select Book Now on the type of room
10. Review Reservation Details then select Continue if correct
11. Enter personal information and select Finish

All reservations must be made by January 22, 2009 to receive the group rate.

***Smoking
For those requiring hotel rooms in which you can smoke, the Hampton Inn and Suites has been designated. They only have four smoking rooms available: three rooms with a king bed and one room with two queen beds. The rate for these rooms is $99.00 (tax not included) and includes breakfast. Parking is free. The meeting site is about one mile straight west of this hotel. For reservations call 405-743-1306 and use group code SWENT. These reservations must be made by January 22, 2009 to receive the group rate.
